Spicy Eggs with Zeeuwse Spek

I got bored when I got home so I decided to do make an egg and blog about it. Yep.
I use lots of dried herbs in my food Rosemary, or Roos & Mary, (which does not contain Rosemary) Garlic pepper and Szechuan pepper, Paprika powder and Curry Powder. I blame my Roman ancestry for this addiction...
Also I have grown tired of ham and chicken snips so I like to use Zeeuwse spek, Best local pork I know :)
I throw the Szechuan pepper, Rosemary, Roos & Mary,  Garlic pepper and Paprika powder in a cup. Then I add a tea spoon of milk and a teaspoon of olive oil, I mix and let it set for 5 minutes. Only then do I add the egg
And mix it in.
Then I throw the egg in the pan heated with butter on mark 1. Before it sets I add the Zeeuwse spek which I turn in the egg one to be coated in it. With that I add a little bit of salt (the spek doesn't taste of salt wierdly enough) and more paprika powder and set it to mark 2
While that is baking I take a little bit of milk and I add it to the cup which held the eggs to absorb the spices. I turnover the omelet and lift it a little. Then poor the milk under the egg and shake till its simmering on both sides and set it back to 1 so it can bake slowly. This gives me time to get the bread ready which I always forget.
I never turn it around but it looks pretty good. And talways smells so nice! I always do quarters because its easier to fit those on breads these days
I like thin omelet pieces. So I always end up with 4 pieces of bread to eat. Rarely does my mom want some xD
Also I finally got a new pot for my tea. Orange, Orange Blossom and Lemon Verbana.... If I already hadn't ate I would be hungry for Polenta with Cìciru right now... Any way this was fun. I hope that I can find something fun to do :)
